If you found your way here you probably know someone who knows me, but if you don’t then I’d like to take a moment to let you know what to expect if we find ourselves working together:
I’m a kind person. I believe deeply that kindness is a strength, and I work hard to make sure the tone on my team is kind too.
I’m a collaborator, not a yes-man. I want to understand the story you are telling so it can become the story we are telling. I want us to surprise each other and create something greater than the sum of its parts.
I want to do transcendent work. The road to get there is often uncharted, and can require more of us than we planned to give, but there is wonder in both the journey and the destination. Wonder that ultimately connects us to each other.
I’m an idealist. I believe stories can create transformative experiences, giving people opportunities to see the world from new perspectives. That is why I’m doing this crazy thing, working the hours I work; I want to help this world along.
